The legal basis is Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (OJ L 1 119, p. 1).<\/p>\n

We collect your data for the purposes of recruitment, contact and agreement conclusion \u2013 that is, to be able to talk to you about potential cooperation, to send you a newsletter or to answer your question or present an offer as requested.<\/p>\n

We process your data for as long as necessary to fulfil the provisions of any agreements and obligations, if any, or as long as you decide to stay in contact with us and do not withdraw your consent.

Moreover, for sending newsletters we use SARE e-mail marketing system and for this purpose we save data in a database on the SARE server, on the basis of a separate data entrustment agreement (of course, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing).
\nWe do not use automated decision-making, we do use profiling. We will not transfer your data to third countries or international organisations.
